For last two weeks, people have been seeing an indisputable wars in the world of mobile. Recently, the mega brand of iPhones, Apple has hit the Taiwanese mobile manufacturing brand HTC with the legal notice for crashing the patents related with Cheap iPhone Contracts. The case was filed with the US International Trade Commission (ITC) in the US District Court of Delaware. There, Apple claimed on HTC that it has infringed on 20 Apple patents, which were related to the user interface of iPhone along with underlying architecture as well as hardware.
In the mobile arena these patent lawsuits are very commonplace. Apple is presently get involve in a lawsuit with the reputed Finnish handset manufacturer Nokia. In October, the Nokia brand too has claimed on Apple iphone white 3g because of its attribution that the iPhone infringes upon ten of its franchise. In December, Apple respond in the from of claimed over Nokia with a counter-suit, that it has Infringed 13 patents of Apple.
HTC is the mobiles manufacturing company with white label. Moreover, it is leading the charge over Android adoption by producing many outstanding devices such as the G1 and Google Nexus One. But the brand has kept itself quite by turning its face of anonymity. Apple is paying its best efforts so that it would stop the importing and selling of some specific HTC devices in the market of US. But experts says that these cases seems to follow a pattern of spinning along for years without any resolution. Although, the disputes among the various leading brands are very often but it does not effect the overall sales of mobile phones as it is the most important gadget of present era. Many network providers like Orange, O2, Three, T-Mobile, Vodafone and virgin keeps all kind of handsets on their websites.
