Updated HTC Desire - Ready To Compete With Google Nexus One

It has been officially confirmed that HTC desire is going to have an update. HTC and Google said that HTC Desire Contract is to be updated to a version of 2.2 Froyo by 23 June. This updated version was much awaited by the HTC Desire owners. Froyo brings to the user all the new features to the already enhanced Google mobile platform.

The inclusion of a feature like native support for both Adobe Flash and AIR has proved to be the biggest advantage. Google has also added features like support for tethering, WiFi syncing and loads of others. After Google Nexus one Contract, HTC Desire is the first phone to receive such update. Android OS has been always supported by Taiwanese manufacturer and was among the founding members of Open Handset Alliance.

The same Taiwanese is the manufacturer of Google Nexus and the first smart phone supporting Android OS. Both the smart phones i.e Google Nexus and HTC Desire have almost same specifications and its no doubt that HTC Desire will be able to run flash as smoothly as Google Nexus.
